A Graphic Concrete pattern is entirely concrete and as durable as the material itself. It maintains its appearance without special upkeep, reducing costs throughout the building’s lifespan.
Unlike formliners, Graphic Concrete paper doesn’t increase panel thickness. This keeps the panels slim and lightweight, saving on materials, transportation, and installation expenses.
he paper is flexible and disposable, allowing it to be cut into various sizes or joined for larger panels. There are no size limitations for the panels.
It works with all types of concrete, including traditional, self-compacting, GFRC, and UHPC. No special equipment is needed; any factory capable of producing exposed aggregate surfaces can also use Graphic Concrete.
The exposure is very fine, so no structural adjustments are necessary.
Immediately upon production, the Graphic Concrete surface is completed and prepared for assembly. It eliminates the requirement for additional materials such as paints, treatments, or cladding.
This also reduces the need for scaffolding, minimizes site disruptions, and speeds up construction. The surface, made entirely of concrete, is as durable as concrete itself and virtually maintenance-free, saving costs throughout the building’s lifespan.
Graphic Concrete technology prints your design onto special paper and transfers it to a concrete surface during the precast process.
A Graphic Concrete pattern is fully embedded in the concrete, making it as durable as the concrete itself.
