New Maitland Hospital

The New Maitland Hospital project tells the story of the Wonnarua, the indigenous stewards of the land. Terracotta pieces are used in the design to produce dynamic patterns that represent Wonnarua culture. Incorporating a pergola into the design also shields pedestrians walking up to the main entrance from the sun.
